Jeremy Fenn - Chairman

Jeremy qualified as a chartered accountant in 1988 with PricewaterhouseCoopers. Formerly Managing Director of Leeds United Football Club plc between 1996 and 1999 he left in June 1999 to be Chief Executive of Sports Internet Group plc and oversaw its sale to BSkyB plc for £301 million in July 2000. He remained as an executive director of Skysports.com, a trading division of BSkyB plc, until January 2004 and has since been involved in several TMT businesses both as an investor and director.

Steven Fenn – Managing Director

Steven has over 20 years experience in the IT industry, specialising in the Managed Service sector where he was previously director of two other successful companies. With his wealth of market knowledge and great commercial acumen, Steven is now responsible for executing the company strategy and driving the business forward, focusing on the delivery of our C-VIP proposition into the marketplace.

Alex Parker – Chief Technical Officer

Alex’s wealth of technical knowledge stems from a background of complex projects and large scale global deployments that have seen him develop an excellent understanding of the operational efficiencies that can be achieved through IT. Alex is the architect of the company’s technical platform (C-VIP) and is responsible for the introduction of new products and solutions which further enhance the productivity of our customers.

Robert Bruce – Finance Manager

Previously working for IKON, Robert brings with him a wealth of experience from international office service and engineering companies and with 15 years experience as a senior management accountant, now heads up the Commensus financial operation.
