Standard PBX Features:

 Call Forward
No one likes to miss any important phone calls - everyone knows that. With V-Cloud Voice, you don't need to worry about it anymore. The Call Forward feature allows you to forward calls to another extension and even to your mobile phone. Therefore, even if you're not at your desk, you will still remain available to anyone calling your office.
 
 Call Pickup
Call Pickup is yet another interesting feature of V-Cloud Voice ensuring the mobility you need. With Call Pickup, you can to take calls ringing on other extensions without having to leave your desk.
 
 Call Parking
The Call Parking feature enables you to prioritize calls and, consequently, to have full control of your phone-call agenda. In short, calls can be parked in a private lot and picked up later on, according to the preferences you have priority set for the parking lot. This feature turns out to be extremely useful in case you want to put multiple callers on hold and have them picked up by someone else in the office.
 
 Call Transfer
This feature allows you to have calls transferred to other system extensions and even to public phone numbers. For example, if you expect an important phone call and you're out of office, in just a matter of seconds someone else can have it transferred to your mobile or to any external phone number within your reach. Enjoy your freedom of movement with the Call Transfer feature!
 
 Record Conversations
Irrespective of your reasons to have phone-call conversations recorded, V-Cloud Voice gives you the possibility to have them stored in two ways. In brief, you can have event-driven (in this case, employers need to press a button for the recording to start) or unconditional call recordings (the management sets up the conditions of the recording process).
 
 Voicemail Enhanced
The Voicemail feature intercepts calls and records the messages left by your callers. You can check all recorded messages, even if you're out of office. If you want, you can also have them sent to you by email.
 
 Authorisation to Reach Extension
If you only want to pick up certain calls, this features provides you with the exclusivity you need. By requesting your caller to provide a password in order to reach your extension, you get to filter your calls and answer only the ones that matter.
 
 DND - Do not Disturb
Whenever you don't want to be disturbed, you can enable the DND feature from the phone terminal and enjoy full privacy.
 
 Call Cascading
Call Cascading is a feature that enables you to have all calls picked up. According to prior settings, if calls are not picked up in a certain amount of time, they are repeatedly forwarded to other extensions until someone is able to take them.
 
 Ring All Feature
The Ring All feature turns out to be extremely efficient in case you don't want to miss a particular call. To this purpose, when an extension is called, the Ring All feature automatically triggers other extensions to ring. As a result, the first extension answering the call gets the connection.

 Track Presence
The Presence feature allows extensions to monitor the status of other extensions. Phones can be configured to display the status of other extensions in the company with the help of multi-color LED buttons. In short, before transferring any calls, you will already know what extensions are available.
 
 FollowMe
The FollowMe feature comes in handy in those surreal situations when you get called on your mobile, your home phone, your office phone and your V-Cloud Voice extension at the same time. With the help of this feature, the caller is put through the line that is picked up first.
 
 Incoming Call Rules
This feature improves privacy protection, automates tasks, and enhances user productivity. Thanks to the Incoming Call Rules feature, you can filter incoming calls according to CallerID and time of call and by means of rules that trigger a set of predefined actions, such as call hang-up and transfer to specific destinations.
 
 SIP Trunking
With V-Cloud Voice, all SIP Trunking capabilities are available on the extension level. More to this, V-Cloud Voice end-users can connect their PBX to the V-Cloud Voice infrastructure, whereas the service provider can assign DIDs and call limitations.
 
 Faxing (Fax to Email)
The Fax feature is available with V-Cloud Voice Enhanced passthrough and endpoint support. This feature allows you to send and receive error-free faxes, even on poor quality connections. The fully-featured fax server can receive and send faxes over email or by using the web management interface.
 
 Text2Speech (TTS)
IVRs are easier to build with the high-quality Text2Speech technology embedded in V-Cloud Voice. Converting text to natural speech has never been easier, even if the message is in a foreign language.
 
 Conference Centre
The Conference Centre feature is perfectly suitable for businesses that need to schedule and hold multiple conferences on a conference number. One of the advantages of this feature is that, both in one-time and recurring conferences, participants can authenticate as soon as they connect to the conference server.
 
 Dedicated Voicemail Number
By means of this V-Cloud Voice feature, a company can provide employees with a special phone number they can call from an exterior line simply to check their voicemail messages. This cost-effective feature enables centralized access to voicemail from public phones.
 
 Intercom / Paging

 Access Conferences from Public Numbers
V-Cloud Voice allows you to create or join existing conferences from public phone numbers. So, if for any reason you cannot join a conference at the office, you can still be part of it, simply by calling a phone number especially set up to comply with this option.
 
 Call Screening
Call screening is a feature particularly interesting for call centres, but also for banks and insurance companies. By means of the Call Screening option featured by V-Cloud Voice, such companies can filter calls by destination, comply with local regulations, and improve customer satisfaction.
 
Emergency Calls
Please note that the V-Cloud Voice platform does not support 999 emergency calls. Whilst calls can be made through the platform, emergency services will not be able to track your location to assist you. We recommend that all staff are advised and that mobiles are used for this purpose.
